I am a body therapist certified by The Institute For Educational
Therapy.
I have trained in a variety of healing modalities including:
- Lymphatic Drainage (deep stroking opens &
clears the lymphatic system)
- Deep Tissue Polarity/Reflexology (releasing areas
of tension without pain)
- Myo-Fascial Release (exploring
trigger points to release muscular armoring)
- Cranial/Sacral Balancing (gently encourage
flowing sensation in the body)
- Pelvic Release (gentle massage of the entire
pelvic area - external &/or internal)
- Swedish/Esalen (relaxing massage with long
strokes covering all major muscles)
- Emotional Release (be touched physically,
emotionally, mentally & spiritually)
- Erotic/Tantric (creating flows of erotic,
energetic expansion in your entire being)
With an M.A. in Transpersonal Counseling, I
have studied advanced therapeutic
techniques in Hakomi Therapy, Diamond Heart Training, Tantra
& Pelvic Release.
For over 20 years I have been sharing my healing presence with others.
I combine each of the above methods along with my knowledge and
experience of transpersonal psychology & the enneagram to create
sessions
designed to help you transform the experience you have of yourself.
In a few sessions, through the use of mindfulness, presence &
breathwork
we identify core issues, encourage you to release your attachment to
them,
helping embody yourself, from the inside out, in a deeper
more essential way.

I offer 90-120 minute sessions for $100.

individuals, couples & groups in Enneagram Bodywork.
